Internet services will be blocked for 48 hours in Ambala, Hisar, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Jind, Fatehabad, and Sirsa, including Dabwali. This restriction will be in force from 6 a.m. on February 11 to 11:59 p.m. on February 13, with broadband and leased line internet services still operational.

The Haryana government claims that the Additional Director General of Police of the CID has called for farmer marches and demonstrations. There are fears about tension and harm to the public properties
and the breakdown of peace. Misleading information may propagate on the internet during this period, prompting the decision to shut it down to prevent it from spreading via social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, and SMS.It is worth noting that on February 13, 26 farmer organizations, including the United Farmers Front (SKM) and the Farmers Labour Front, will march to Delhi.

Farmers from Punjab will enter Haryana with 10,000 tractors and trolleys and proceed for Delhi via the Shambhu, Dabwali, and Khanouri borders. In light of this, Haryana police have initiated a crackdown on farmer leaders, surrounding their residences.

Section 144 has been implemented in Ambala to prevent Punjab farmers from migrating to Delhi through Haryana. The Shambhu Border between Punjab and Haryana is totally covered with cement barricades, and the Ghaggar River bridge has been closed. Excavation is also underway to prevent farmers from using tractors to get around it. The route from Patiala to Ambala has been redirected.

Shaukat Ahmed, Deputy Commissioner of Patiala, has proposed four routes from Ambala to Delhi. The first route connects Shambhu, Rajpura, Bhanur Airport Road, Dera Bassi, Ambala, and Delhi. The second route connects Shambhu, Rajpura, Bhanur, Panchkula, Nada Sahib, Barwala, Shahjadpur, Sahha, and Shahabad with Delhi. The third route connects Rajpura, Patiala, Pehowa, and Kurukshetra to Delhi, while the fourth route connects Rajpura, Patiala, Pehowa to Delhi via the 152D Expressway from Rohatak.

Furthermore, Section 144 has been implemented in Kaithal, following Sonipat and Jhajjar, allowing farmers from Punjab via Chandigarh to enter Haryana and travel to Delhi. Approximately 150 checkpoints have been put up throughout the state to stop farmers.
